When you write in about a problem, it helps enormously to include your device and OS version, what you were doing when it happened, and a screenshot. It is usually the difference between a same-day fix and a week of back-and-forth.
Common questions
How a matter works
You raise a matter and describe what you need. It is reviewed and routed to an advisor qualified in that area. You get a fixed-price quote before any work starts — you are never billed by the hour, and nothing begins until you accept. Once you do, the work happens in the matter workspace, where you can message your advisor and share documents.
I'm not getting notifications
Check that notifications are enabled for FracGC in your device settings. On iOS, a Focus mode or Scheduled Summary can also hold notifications back and deliver them later in a batch. If everything looks right and alerts still are not arriving, write to us with your device model and we will look at it from our side.
I can't sign in
Sign in with the same method you used originally. Google and Apple are separate accounts even when they share an email address, and if you used Apple's Hide My Email, that private relay address is the one attached to your account. If you are stuck, write to us from the email you signed up with.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account from within the app, in your profile. This removes your profile and sign-in. Records tied to completed engagements and payments are kept where a legal or tax obligation requires it — see the privacy policy for what that covers.
A note on what we are. FracGC is a technology platform. The legal advice you receive comes from qualified, independently regulated legal professionals, and your relationship on any matter is with the advisor handling it. We are not a substitute for that relationship — we are how you find it, track it, and pay for it.
