Your data, plainly.

Last updated 11 September 2026

This policy covers the FracGC mobile app and this website. We have tried to write it the way we would want one written for us — specifically, and without hiding behind the word “may”.

What we collect

Account information

When you sign in with Google or Apple we receive your name and email address. If you sign in with Apple and choose Hide My Email, we receive a private relay address instead of your real one, and that is all we ever see. If you sign in with a phone number, we hold that number.

What you put into the app

The legal matters you raise, the details you write into them, the documents you upload, and the messages you exchange with your advisor. This is the substance of the service — we cannot route a matter to the right lawyer without it.

Payments

Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments. Your card, UPI and bank details go to them directly and never reach our servers. We keep a record of what was paid, when, and against which matter.

Notifications

If you allow push notifications, our notification provider (OneSignal) assigns your installation an identifier so we can send alerts to your device — for example, when an advisor responds or a matter needs your attention. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell your personal data.
  • We do not use your data for advertising, and we run no ads in the app.
  • We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
  • We do not read your matters or documents to build a profile of you. Access is limited to the advisor assigned to your matter and the staff who need it to run the service.

Who else touches your data

We use a small number of providers to run the service. They act on our instructions and only for these purposes:

  • Supabase — database, authentication and document storage.
  • Cashfree Payments — payment processing.
  • OneSignal — push notifications.
  • Google and Apple — sign-in, if you choose those methods.

We also share what is necessary with the advisor assigned to your matter. That is the point of the service: they are a legal professional acting for you, and their own professional duties of confidentiality apply to what you tell them.

We will disclose information if the law requires it — a court order, a valid demand from an authority — and we will tell you when we are permitted to.

Confidentiality

Legal matters are sensitive by nature. Documents are stored with access controls that restrict each matter to the people involved in it, and access is enforced at the database level rather than only in the app.

Your choices

  • See your data. Your matters, documents and messages are visible in the app at any time.
  • Correct it. Profile details can be edited in the app. Write to us for anything you cannot change yourself.
  • Delete your account. You can delete your account from inside the app. This removes your profile and sign-in. Records we are required to keep — completed engagements, payment records, and anything a legal or tax obligation requires us to retain — are kept for as long as that obligation lasts, and no longer.
  • Turn off notifications. In your device settings, at any time, without affecting anything else.

Children

FracGC is a service for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If a change materially affects how we handle what you have already given us, we will tell you in the app rather than relying on you to re-read this page.

Questions about this policy, or a request about your data, go to contact@fracgc.in. We answer within three working days.
